What is in the set?

The Ultra-Slim Electric Toothbrush with two brush heads, a magnetic charging cable and a travel case, plus the Water Flosser with a replacement nozzle, a USB-C cable and a travel pouch. Everything ships in one parcel.

Why use a water flosser as well as a brush?

A brush head cleans the surfaces it can reach. A pressurised jet reaches the gum line and the gaps between your teeth, the two places a brush cannot get to. Together they cover the whole mouth.

How does the lifetime warranty work?

We extend the statutory European two-year warranty to a lifetime warranty, free of charge, for the first buyer. It covers internal technical defects and manufacturing faults. Register your product within 30 calendar days of purchase and upload your invoice to activate it. After those 30 days the registration closes and the two-year warranty applies.

Can I return the set if I change my mind?

Because of strict hygiene legislation, oral care products cannot be tried out or returned once opened. If your order arrived damaged or incorrect, contact us within 14 days at info@blinqcare.com.
