How the lifetime warranty works

Lifetime, not two years

Every blinq device carries the statutory European two-year warranty. Register your product and we extend that, free of charge, to a lifetime warranty for the first buyer, covering internal technical defects and manufacturing faults.

Register within 30 days

You have exactly 30 calendar days from the date of purchase. Upload a digital copy of your invoice with the form. This applies to purchases through an authorised retailer too. After those 30 days the registration closes and the two-year warranty applies.

Broken? We replace it

Send us the form below with your order number. Not covered: normal wear and tear including the natural decline of battery capacity, damage from dropping or impact, damage from power surges, and defects caused by repairs by third parties.
